Nicolas Sangros is the co-founder of CNRG Hospitality Group. He has worked with leading names in the Hospitality and Food & Beverage industries, including the Four Seasons Hotel & Resort Group, Capella Hotel Group, Nobu Restaurant Group, Trump International Hotel and Tower NY, Sofitel, IHG and internationally renowned Michelin Star celebrity chefs Jean-Georges Vongerichten, Joel Antunes, Michael Mina, Antoine Westermann, and the late Michel Richard & Gray Kunz. Nicolas has in-depth knowledge of luxury hotels, hospitality developments and food and beverage operations. Over the last 20 years he concentrated on pre- and post-opening phases of urban and resort locations, including signature restaurants, food, and retail markets, along with the oversight of all ownership related negotiations and representation. His unique background provides him with the mind set to understand Hospitality Investment & Real Estate Development from both the owner and operator’s interest.
Isaac Fhima has built a distinctive reputation in the construction industry for his charismatic nature, his eye for design, and his dependability and dedication. Having worked in some of New York City’s most prestigious buildings and with top developers doing construction and high-end renovations, he has accumulated a portfolio of unique real estate and hospitality projects. Some of his impressive clientele have included residential works in the Olympic Tower and Trump Towers, development projects with The Chetrit Group LLC and Extell Real Estate Development, a unique restoration of the Oak Room at the world renown Plaza Hotel, retail stores for high-end French companies such as Maje and Sandro, and several prestigious restaurants in NYC. In addition, he has worked with institutional clients such as SUNY Downstate Medical Center, New York City and State Agencies, and The NYC Mayor’s and Commissioner’s office.
