The Port Binghamton is a unique entertainment venue being developed on the Hudson River in Edgewater (Bergen County) NJ. The development is ideally located on New Jersey’s “Gold Coast”, near the George Washington Bridge and Lincoln Tunnel. The site of the development offers customers unimpeded views of the Manhattan skyline, Upper Manhattan’s Riverside Park and the George Washington Bridge.

Binghamton Entertainment LLC retained CNRG Hospitality as Owners Representative to coordinate the permitting and regulatory phases allowing the removal of the Old Binghamton Ferry Restaurant structure destroyed by Hurricane Sandy along with the successful Edgewater Board Review Concept for a 915 Seat Restaurant Entertainment Concept including an elevated beer garden, two banquet halls and upscale dining. This involved the development of a multi-agency permitting pathway with our legal consultants in coordination with Edgewater Borough, NJ DEP, NJ Liquor Authority, Army Corps of Engineering, Tidelands, US Coast Guards and NJ State Historic Preservation Office.
