Le Coq Rico, created by Three‑Star Michelin Chef Antoine Westermann, expanded from its Parisian success to New York City’s landmark Flatiron District through a partnership with entrepreneur Francis Staub. Building on its prior work launching Chef Westermann’s Washington, D.C. restaurant, CNRG Hospitality was engaged to lead every aspect of the New York project’s pre‑opening and construction phases. Responsibilities included coordinating with key city agencies—NYC Department of Buildings, FDNY, Con Edison, NY State Liquor Authority, and the Landmarks Commission—and managing all inspections and regulatory requirements until the project’s successful completion.
