After its successful 1992 launch in New York, Brasserie Les Halles became one of the leading iconic French Brasserie concepts in New York City until its 2016 closure. Made worldly recognized by the late Executive Chef Anthony Bourdain, who used “Les Halles “as inspiration to his book “ Kitchen Confidential” CNRG Hospitality was retained by cookware entrepreneur Francis Staub to oversee and coordinate all aspects of the new build including lease negotiations, pre-opening design and construction phases of this development, inter agency coordination between NY Department of Buildings, NY Fire Department, Con Edison Gas & Electric,. NY Liquor Board Authority, along with all City building inspections until the successful project completion.
