Le Coq Rico Concept is the brainchild of Three Star Michelin Chef Antoine Westermann. After its successful launch in Paris, Chef Westermann and entrepreneur Francis Staub decided to export its success to the city of New York, in the busy Landmark Flatiron District. Having previously introduced Chef Westermann’s first venture in Washington DC, CNRG Hospitality was retained to oversee all aspects of the pre-opening and construction phases of this development, including interagency coordination between NY Department of Buildings, NY Fire Department, Con Edison Gas & Electric, NY Liquor Board Authority, NY Landmark Commission along with all City building inspections until the successful project completion.
